Overview:

And in order to buy into the exclusive neighboring school district, the couple will have to sell their current home for top dollar. The only problem is the property is nowhere near the top of its class. Jonathan takes charge of the renovations, overhauling the home's tired interiors and transforming the dated kitchen into a culinary showpiece.
