From 1958 to 1961, Sea Hunt, starring Lloyd Bridges as underwater action hero Mike Nelson, was one of the most popular television programs in the world. It created a generation of diving enthusiasts. Today, the history of Sea Hunt and the vintage scuba gear of the era are celebrated at Sea Hunt Forever, a festival that takes place at Silver Springs State Park, Florida, the original site of much of the underwater filming for the TV program. Jonathan joins the fun at Sea Hunt Forever where he witnesses underwater knife fights, spear guns and even an underwater torch!
