Schrödinger's White Horse (2024)
Overview:
Set against the historical “White Horse Incident” in Xiluo, Yunlin, Schrödinger’s White Horse explores the uncertainty and fragmentation of local memory through documentary, historical reenactment, stop-motion animation, and crowdsourced online comments. By presenting multiple conflicting versions of the same event, the film questions the authority of historical narratives and examines the blurred boundaries between truth, fiction, and collective imagination.
