Bufeo (2014)
Overview:
An exploration of Amazonian sexuality through the story of a young woman harassed by a pink river dolphin: the freshwater pink dolphin that acquires mythical resonance in the popular tradition of the Peruvian jungle. Almost a magical remnant âof the time when humans and animals were still indistinguishable,â a phrase that served as the title for a group exhibition curated by Christian BendayĂĄn himself in collaboration with Giuliana Vidarte.
